Senior Accountant Role
A successful accountancy practice based in Redruth is searching for a Senior Accountant to join their team. You will be preparing and reviewing year end accounts, tax returns, VAT, bookkeeping, and providing wider all-around services as key right-hand support to directors and senior management. You will have increasing client management responsibility, develop teams, and career progression is on offer.
Client Details
- Location: Redruth
- Clients: OMBs, SMEs, corporate limited company clients, smaller sole traders, and partnerships
- Study support and career progression prospects are on offer within a well-established firm of accountants.
- Software: CCH for accounts/tax, Xero/QB for bookkeeping.

Description
Joining as Senior Accountant based in their Redruth offices, you will be responsible for:
- Preparation and review of year end accounts
- Personal and corporate tax compliance
- Overseeing wider services
- Acting for clients across varied industries and turnover ranges
You will have increasing client management responsibility, help develop and mentor teams, and progress in your accountancy practice career within a successful and growing, chartered firm of accountants.
Profile
- Qualifications: Qualified or part/finalist across any of AAT, ATT, ACA / ACCA, etc, or developed your career through experience only to date.
- Career background: Within accounts/tax and general accountancy practice service delivery to wide-ranging sole trade, partnership, and limited company clients.
- Career level: Around Senior Accountant levels and looking for a challenging new career opportunity.
- Working hours: Full or part-time working hours can be explored, mouldable around the preferences of the right candidate.

Job Offer
- Salary: Circa £30,000 - £38,000 + dependent on the background experience and level of the right professional, plus benefits, negotiable.
