Job Title
We are looking for a motivated Senior Accountant to join our friendly team providing accountancy to a number of clients across various business sectors for our office in Keighley.
Brief Job Description
- Preparation of statutory year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
- Liaising with clients regarding accounts, tax returns, and other issues.
- Review of junior accounts staff work and completion for client.
- Management accounts.
- Having a portfolio of self-assessment and partnership tax returns to complete each year.
- Supporting and guiding junior staff.
- Answering ad hoc client queries via telephone/email.

Requirement for the role
- Experience of Iris, Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage.
- Extensive tax knowledge of all areas of personal and corporate taxation.
- Able to work on own initiative to meet deadlines.
- Friendly and confident manner.
- Able to work as part of a team and alone.
- Must be able to work to tight deadlines and unsupervised.
