This established and fast-growing accountancy practice in Harrow is looking for its next Senior Accountant to join the team, and the timing couldn't be better. Off the back of strong growth in 2024, the firm is still expanding, which means real opportunity for someone who wants to grow alongside it, not just fill a seat.

The Role
- Take ownership of a diverse client portfolio
- Prepare and review statutory and management accounts
- Lead on VAT, payroll, and compliance
- Support year-end audit processes
- Act as a genuine advisor, mentoring junior staff, shaping client relationships, and helping drive the practice forward as it continues to grow

- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with solid post-qualification experience
- Confident across accounts, tax, and audit support
- Comfortable with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar
- A sharp eye for detail and a natural way with clients
