We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant – Client Relationship Manager to lead a portfolio of clients, provide expert accounting and tax advice, and help grow our firm.

Your Role as Senior Accountant – Client Relationship Manager
You will work across multiple sectors, building trusted relationships with our clients and acting as a business advisor. You will take ownership of client accounts, oversee tax and accounting processes, and support junior members of the team to help them grow and develop. Your role will also involve collaborating with other members of the firm to ensure clients receive the highest level of service.
About You:
- 2+ years Post Qualified accountant ACA, ACCA, or equivalent
- Proven experience in an accountancy practice
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting software packages, including XERO and Microsoft
- Strong experience in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service
- Ability to manage and mentor junior team members
- Lives local to Stafford

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client relationships and deliver high-quality accounting services, including Tax Returns, Accounts, VAT, Payroll, and Corporate Tax
- Advise clients on tax planning and business improvement
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns, and management accounts
- Monitor workflow, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and on time
- Supervise, train, and support junior team members
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing any queries and offering tailored advice
- Participate in marketing and networking events to promote the firm’s services
