Senior Accountant - Commercial Property
Fully Remote | £50,000 | ACA/ACCA Qualified
SBX Chartered Accountants is looking for an experienced ACA or ACCA qualified Senior Accountant to join our growing team.
The role will be centred around one of our largest commercial property clients, which will make up approximately half of your time, alongside responsibility for a wider portfolio of SBX clients.
You will be supported by our dedicated processing, bookkeeping and credit-control teams, so the role is primarily focused on review, oversight, client management and higher-level accounting rather than day-to-day transaction processing.

The Role
- Act as the main day-to-day finance contact for a significant commercial property client.
- Oversee rent, service charge, tenant billing and property financial reporting.
- Liaise with the client's property and commercial teams on financial matters.
- Review work completed by our processing team and ensure deadlines and reporting requirements are met.
- Manage a wider portfolio of SBX clients.
- Review accounts, corporation tax, VAT and other work prepared by the team.
- Provide proactive accounting and commercial support to clients.
About You
- ACA or ACCA qualified - essential.
- Commercial property accounting experience - highly desirable.
- Strong client-management and communication skills.
- Comfortable reviewing work and taking ownership of significant client relationships.
- Experience with TRAMPS, Yardi, MRI, MOJO or similar property systems would be advantageous.
