We’re Hiring: Senior Accountant / Finance Manager
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant / Finance Manager to take ownership of the company’s accounting and financial operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently manage accounting, VAT compliance, payroll, financial reporting, and day-to-day finance operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounting function and day-to-day financial operations
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and expenses
- Perform regular bank and account reconciliations
- Prepare and submit VAT returns and ensure ongoing VAT compliance
- Manage monthly payroll, including salaries, employee records, and related reporting
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other financial service providers
- Manage accounting and financial reporting across multiple entities where applicable
- Monitor cash flow, payments, receivables, and outstanding obligations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure all financial documentation is properly maintained and organised
- Identify and improve accounting and finance processes as the company grows
- Provide management with accurate financial information and reporting when required

Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proven experience managing VAT filings and tax compliance
- Proven experience managing payroll
- Experience working with multiple companies/entities is highly preferred
- Previous experience in fintech, payments, financial services, or technology is a strong advantage
- Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and accounting software
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, international environment

We are looking for someone who can own the finance function, not simply process transactions. The ideal candidate is experienced, hands-on, highly organised, and comfortable taking responsibility for accounting, VAT, payroll, reporting, and financial administration.
