Senior Reporting Accountant

£65,000–£75,000 + Benefits | Permanent | Full Time | Hybrid Working (1 Day per Week in the Office)

Be the driving force behind reporting excellence in a rapidly growing PE-backed software business.

We're partnering with an ambitious, private equity-backed SaaS organisation experiencing significant growth across the UK and EMEA. With a strong reputation in its market, a highly engaged workforce and exciting expansion plans, this is a business where high performers can make a real impact and accelerate their careers.

As Senior Reporting Accountant, you'll be the technical engine room of the finance function—owning the reporting model, ensuring the integrity of financial data, and delivering high-quality reporting to senior leadership, investors and lenders.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong accountant who enjoys complex reporting, financial modelling and operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The Role

You'll take ownership of the Group's reporting processes and financial model, ensuring the business has accurate, timely and insightful management information to support decision-making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
