Senior Accountant– Fast-Growing Start-Up Specialist Practice | London Location: Central London Contract: Permanent Salary: £70,000-£80,000

The Role

You'll become the trusted finance partner for a portfolio of fast-growing startup clients, working closely with founders as they navigate every stage of their growth journey.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing a portfolio of exciting, high-growth startup clients.
  • Building trusted relationships with founders and senior stakeholders.
  • Supporting clients with financial reporting, management accounts, and compliance.
  • Advising on budgeting, forecasting, and fundraising preparation.
  • Providing guidance across a broad range of accounting and tax matters.
  • Working with internal technology teams to improve processes using AI and automation.
  • Driving continuous improvements that enhance both client delivery and internal efficiencies.

What We're Looking For

  • ACA qualified.
  • Around 2–3 years' post-qualified experience.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • An interest in technology, innovation, and the future of accountancy.
