Key Accountabilities
Bank & Intercompany Reconciliations:
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations for UK/IE entities, collaborating with the wider finance team to resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Execute monthly sub-ledger intercompany reconciliations.
- Prepare and manage monthly merchandise and miscellaneous reconciliations with all Tiffany Entities (US, EMEA) and LVMH Group entities. This includes liaising with the Group to clear aged items, reviewing Aged Trial Balance (ATB) and Reconciliation & Normalization Certificate (RNC) analyses, and conducting thorough investigations and follow-ups to resolve reconciling items.
- Provide intercompany balance confirmations for audit purposes.
Fixed Assets Management:
- Ensure accurate accounting for Fixed Asset additions in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare and post monthly depreciation journals.
- Reconcile Fixed Assets data from the external asset management platform (RAM) to the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss statements in JDEW on a monthly basis.
General Accounting & Reporting:
- Review and verify the accuracy of invoices for miscellaneous charges, coordinating with Accounts Payable and Treasury for timely settlement.
- Prepare indirect tax reporting for distant selling within the EU as required.
- Produce various month-end schedules as needed.
- Perform other Balance Sheet reconciliations as necessary.
- Conduct analysis of Profit & Loss expenses as required.
- Post various accounting journals.
- Ensure timely and accurate bank postings by the Accounts Payable department.

Management Accounts & Compliance:
- Prepare and review management accounts for IE/Nordics markets as required.
- Maintain and ensure adherence to LVMH internal controls frameworks.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
Other Duties:
- Calculate monthly sales commissions.
- Provide support to the finance team during busy periods, for overflow tasks, and holiday cover.
Your Profile
- Must currently hold authorization to work in the United Kingdom.
- Should be ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Proven experience in monthly bank reconciliations for UK/IE entities, sub-ledger intercompany reconciliations, and merchandise/miscellaneous reconciliations across all Tiffany and LVMH Group entities.
- Demonstrated ability in Fixed Asset management, including accurate accounting for additions, depreciation journal preparation, and reconciliation of Fixed Asset data.
- Experience with general accounting and reporting tasks, including invoice accuracy review, indirect tax reporting, month-end schedule preparation, Balance Sheet reconciliations, and Profit & Loss expense analysis.
- Ability to prepare and review management accounts and ensure adherence to LVMH internal controls frameworks.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- A college/university degree.
- Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
- Knowledge of JD Edwards (JDEW) accounting software.
