Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Accountant to join our on-site team in Kingston Upon Thames. Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing financial reporting
- Preparing and analysing financial statements
- Managing audits
- Ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Supervising junior staff
- Managing budgets
- Supporting tax filings
- Contributing to strategic financial planning
Effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders is essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
- Extensive experience with Tax Preparation and Compliance
- Strong skills in Audit Management and understanding of Accounting Standards
- 3 Years minimum experience in mentoring and managing junior accounting staff
- Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA is required
- Hands-on experience in a similar role, ideally in an accounting or financial services firm
