Accounts Senior – Chichester
Progression | Supportive Team
In this role, you'll be preparing and reviewing year-end accounts and tax returns for a varied portfolio of clients, while building your client management and technical accounting experience.

We're working with a well-established accountancy practice in Chichester that's looking for an Accounts Senior to join its growing team.

The Role
You'll work closely with managers and partners while looking after a varied portfolio of the firm's clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and reviewing year-end statutory accounts
- Preparing corporation tax returns
- Producing management accounts and VAT returns where required
- Supporting and advising clients with day-to-day accounting queries
- Reviewing work completed by junior members of the team
- Helping to train and develop junior accountants
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients

About You
You'll ideally have previous experience working within a UK accountancy practice and be comfortable preparing year-end accounts.
ACA/ACCA qualification would be welcomed, although candidates who are part-qualified or QBE can also be considered depending on experience.
