Responsibilities:
- Managing the office day to day operations together with scheduling client assignments reporting to the Regional Manager
- Supervise and mentor junior staff
- Approving and management of office budgets
- Managing own block of clients annually and develop strong client relationships together with progressing the strategic growth strategy of the organisation
- Personal & Corporate Tax returns for farmers, businesses and companies
- Consultancy assignments
- Deliver client assignments in a timely and professional manner
Candidate Profile:
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to supervise and mentor junior staff
- Motivated self-starter with an ambition to continue progressing successfully your career
- Greater than 7 years post qualification experience in practice
- Experience managing office budgets
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experienced in all aspects of Irish Taxation
