Job Description

We are seeking senior accounting and finance professionals to support AI evaluation work involving QuickBooks Online (QBO), Omni Chat support, and complex, data-heavy finance questions that require strong analytical and advisory judgment.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze financial data and provide accounting guidance.
  • Handle complex accounting, bookkeeping, and finance-related questions.
  • Provide advisory recommendations grounded in financial data.

Who Should Apply

  • Senior accounting and finance professionals, including CFOs, Finance COOs, Financial Controllers, Financial Directors, VPs of Finance, and equivalent senior experts.
  • Professionals with 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, financial consulting, or related fields.
  • Candidates with experience as a CFO Advisor, Controller, Finance Manager, Financial Consultant, or equivalent.
  • Professionals experienced in supporting or advising SMB clients or business owners on accounting and financial matters, especially U.S.-based SMBs.
  • Candidates who have worked with or advised at least three organizations.
  • Professionals with hands-on experience involving QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Omni Chat support.

  • Availability for up to 40 hours per week, including 4 hours of overlap with Pacific Time.
  • 10-week engagement, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project needs.
  • Selected candidates complete an interest check form, followed by a two-part assessment covering Financial Knowledge Assessment and Financial Advice Response Evaluation, then Delivery review.

Compensation

  • $45 per approved task. Tasks take approximately 2.5 hours on average.
