Senior Accounting & Finance Advisor (LLM Trainer)

Role Overview

We are seeking Senior Accounting & Finance Professionals with hands-on expertise to train and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs). In this role, you will analyze complex, data-heavy accounting and finance queries, evaluate AI-generated advice, and provide clear, authoritative guidance tailored to Small and Medium Business (SMB) needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data and resolve complex accounting, bookkeeping, and finance questions.
  • Evaluate and refine AI responses for accuracy, depth, and practical advisory value.
  • Deliver strategic financial guidance and actionable recommendations based on real-world business scenarios.

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or financial consulting (e.g., CFO, Financial Controller, Finance Director, VP of Finance).

Advisory Background

  • Proven experience advising or supporting SMB clients/business owners (US-based SMB experience strongly preferred). Must have supported at least 3 organizations.

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and handling complex financial data analysis.

Availability

  • Ability to commit up to 40 hours per week for a 10-week contract, including a required 4-hour daily overlap with the PST time zone.
