We’re Hiring | Senior Accounts Assistant – Belfast
We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused Senior Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team supporting Aloft Belfast and Residence Inn by Marriott Belfast.
Working across our exciting dual-site operation, you’ll play an important role in the day-to-day finance function, supporting accurate financial reporting, strong financial controls and the smooth running of finance across both hotels.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Accounts payable and supplier reconciliations
- Payment runs and invoice processing
- Daily income audits and revenue reconciliations
- Bank, cash and credit card reconciliations
- Credit control
- Month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Supporting payroll and financial reporting
- Maintaining strong financial controls and accurate records

We’re looking for someone with previous experience in an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant or similar finance role, with strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
Hotel finance experience would be an advantage, but it’s not essential.
