✨ A Little About TSP

TSP is a boutique, property and asset management business. We manage office, industrial and retail assets across the UK, creating spaces that are genuinely commute-worthy, hospitality-led, experience-driven, and proudly people-first.

We’re 17 years old, but we operate with the energy of a start-up: fast-moving, agile, and unafraid to challenge the status quo. Innovation, sustainability, and smart use of technology sit at the heart of what we do, helping us deliver healthy buildings filled with happy tenants.

Our culture is collaborative and entrepreneurial. We’re Investors in People Gold which puts us in the top 1% of companies in the UK and we were the UK’s first B Corp-certified real estate company. We are multi award winning and most recently, we were named Professional Services Team of the Year at the Property Week Awards 2026.

⚡️ The Role

This is a pivotal position within our Property Finance department, where you'll take ownership of TSP's accounts payable function while supporting the day to day finance function of a busy property management department. You'll be working across a portfolio of multiple clients, properties and funds, each with their own tenants, suppliers and reporting requirements.

🙌 Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end accounts payable operations across our diverse portfolio of clients, properties and funds, ensuring every invoice is coded and logged against the correct client, property and fund
  • Manage supplier relationships and resolve complex invoice queries with contractors and service providers
  • Process weekly supplier pay runs across the portfolio, in line with each client's approval and payment schedules

🔥 Your Core Duties

  • Compliance Management: Ensure all payments comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Vendor Management: Maintain accurate supplier databases and manage onboarding of new contractors across the portfolio
  • Reporting: Prepare regular accounts payable reports and KPI tracking for senior management and quarterly client statements.
  • Process Documentation: Create and maintain procedure manuals to support business continuity
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Property Management and Investment teams on portfolio-specific requirements
  • Sustainability Reporting: Contribute to ESG reporting requirements aligned with our B Corp commitments.
  • Tenant Charges: Calculate and apply insurance and electricity recharges to the correct tenants and properties
  • Cash Management: Monitor and forecast cashflow across client accounts to ensure funds are available for payments

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
