Want to be part of something people experience every day?
We’re looking for a Senior Accounts Payable & Procure-to-Pay Specialist to join our Finance team.
This is a great opportunity to play a key role in supporting our UK portfolio, helping to strengthen how we manage Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay activity across a fast-moving, collaborative and ambitious environment.
You’ll be close to the action, working with teams across Accounting, Controlling, Leasing, Operations and Shopping Centre Management, and you’ll have the chance to make a visible impact across our UK assets.
If you enjoy taking ownership, solving complex financial challenges and finding better ways of working, we’d love to hear from you.
Why this role matters
In this role, you’ll help us deliver accurate, timely and efficient Procure-to-Pay activity across our UK portfolio. You’ll act as a senior point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders, taking ownership of more complex Accounts Payable processes and helping resolve issues through to completion.
You’ll also play an important part in supporting month-end and year-end financial activity, improving how we work, and contributing to the ongoing development of our SAP S/4HANA environment. Your work will directly support smooth financial operations, stronger stakeholder relationships and continued improvements across the region.
What you’ll be getting involved in
No two days will look exactly the same, but you’ll spend your time:
- Managing complex Procure-to-Pay activity, including invoice processing, coding, posting, reconciliations, exception handling and month-end close activities
- Ensuring Accounts Payable transactions are accurate, complete and delivered on time across the UK portfolio
- Supporting month-end and year-end financial reporting with timely and accurate AP input
- Acting as a senior escalation point for suppliers, resolving payment queries and driving issues through to completion
- Supporting the continuous improvement and harmonisation of P2P processes across the region
- Contributing to the development and optimisation of SAP S/4HANA
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Accounting, Controlling, Leasing, Operations and Shopping Centre Management
- Providing financial and operational support to URW centres when required
What we’re looking for
We’re not looking for someone who ticks every single box. What matters most is that you bring the right experience, attitude and energy to make a real contribution.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
