📢 Senior Accounts Payable Team Leader – Competitive Salary
Are you an experienced Accounts Payable professional ready to take the next step in your career?
I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation for a Senior Accounts Payable professional with proven Team Leader experience to join their finance function.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, leading a team and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Accounts Payable function.
🔹 The Role
- Lead and support the Accounts Payable team
- Oversee the end-to-end AP process
- Ensure invoices and payments are processed accurately and efficiently
- Manage queries and resolve supplier issues
- Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support process improvements and maintain strong financial controls
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across the wider business

🔹 About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong Accounts Payable experience
- Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience
- Excellent knowledge of AP processes and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- The confidence to lead, motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
