We assist adults with learning disabilities to live the life they choose supported by staff who care deeply, the finance team play their part by ensuring the money flows as it should throughout the charity.
We are seeking an experienced accounts leader to join our friendly team.
Working under the Finance Manager and within a small team you will be responsible for ensuring all regular tasks of finance and payroll are completed in a timely manner.
Ideally you will have AAT Level 4, ACCA, or significant experience with a strong understanding of Xero accounting system and SAGE payroll and a strong working knowledge of payroll and auto enrolment pension systems.

As the Senior Assistant you will be skilled in leading others and working as part of a wider team, hold good analytical and system interrogation skills and be able to work accurately and confidentially with strong attention to detail.
An ability to manage a varied workload within required timescales is essential.

This position is based at our Admin office in Lydbrook GL17 9PD. You will also need to hold a full driving licence and have business insurance as you will be expected to make regular visits to our sites across the Forest of Dean.
Enhanced DBS and references required for this position.
