What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and reviewing accounts for a diverse portfolio of SME clients
- Managing full-cycle accounting and statutory compliance
- Supporting audits and liaising with external auditors as needed
- Advising clients on financial planning, cashflow, and business strategy
- Mentoring junior staff and supporting team development
- Streamlining processes and implementing best practice across the accounts function
What We're Looking For
- ACA/ACCA qualified accountant with post-qualification experience
- Proven track record in accounts preparation, reporting, and client management
- Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax regulations
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities
- Excellent communicator, thriving in an office-based team environment
- Advisory or consultancy experience is desirable but not essential
