Salary: £31,000 pro rata
Contract: Part-time (10-18hrs a week)
Location: Hybrid, minimum 1 day in the office in Milton Keynes.

CASE (Consortium for the Accreditation of Sonographic Education) is a UK-based, not-for-profit organisation that accredits sonographic courses delivered by universities and higher-education institutions. By working in close partnership with education providers, CASE ensures that programs meet rigorous academic and clinical standards. Through its accreditation activities, CASE contributes to preparing a skilled, safe, and future-ready sonographic workforce.
Purpose of the Role
This role provides the operational, administrative, marketing, and digital support to both the Consortium for the Accreditation of Sonographic Education (CASE) and the College and Society for Clinical Vascular Science (CSVS). The postholder will be required to work independently, undertaking a wide range of duties including event coordination, website management, accreditation administration, communications, and general organisational support.

CASE Co-ordination Responsibilities:
- Deliver administrative and secretarial duties.
- Maintain registers of accreditors and accreditation activities.
- Manage HEI accreditation records.
- Coordinate meetings and produce agendas, papers, and minutes.
- Process accreditation applications and coordinate accreditor invitations.
- Maintain website, social media, and annual reports.
- Support accreditor training and maintain risk registers and processes.
- Deliver improvements to all accreditation processes
- Support data collection and reporting processes
CSVS Co-ordination Responsibilities:
- Support delivery of CSVS events and study days.
- Maintain and update the CSVS website content.
- Support social media and email communications.
- Assist with design and promotional materials.
- Provide general operational support.
- Build relationships with all members of the executive committee
- Support the President when required

Person Specification:
Essential:
- Strong administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Confident with CMS, websites, and social media.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Experience in event coordination.
- High attention to detail.
Desirable:
- Experience in membership-based organisations.
- Experience with accreditation or regulatory processes.
- Basic design or digital content skills.
- Familiarity with HEI environments.
- Experience with finance administration.
- Knowledge of the Mettl platform (or similar exam portals).
- Experience with the Monday.com platform
