🚀 Senior Growth & Acquisition Manager

📍 London (3 days per week office)
Our client is a Global Fashion brand entering an exciting new phase of digital growth and they are hiring for a Senior Growth & Acquisition Manager. With further European expansion on the agenda, this is an opportunity to influence how an established international brand attracts its next generation of customers across the UK, US and Europe.
You will own the customer acquisition strategy across paid, organic and partnership channels, combining long-term planning with hands-on performance leadership to deliver profitable, sustainable growth internationally.
Role Highlights:
- Own acquisition strategy, investment planning and budget allocation across multiple markets and channels.
- Drive profitable customer and revenue growth through Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Affiliates, Digital PR and emerging opportunities.
- Lead agency, affiliate, creator and technology relationships, setting clear expectations around performance and innovation.
- Shape organic search and discovery strategy, including technical SEO, content performance and evolving discovery platforms.
- Lead forecasting, attribution, incrementality testing and performance measurement to support smarter commercial decisions.
- Manage, coach and develop a team of direct reports.

You Will Need:
- Significant digital acquisition, growth or performance marketing experience.
- Strong experience working in DTC Consumer brand - ideally Fashion, Footwear, Apparel.
- Strong commercial judgement with experience managing substantial marketing budgets and making investment decisions.
- Excellent knowledge of attribution, acquisition measurement and marketing effectiveness.
- Strong team and agency leadership experience.
- The ability to turn changing customer behaviours, technology and emerging channels into practical growth opportunities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, confidence presenting in senior trade meetings.
