We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, omni-channel marketer to join the team and make a real impact on the future of DailyMail+. Partnering closely with the Director of Acquisition, this role will drive our strategic acquisition projects - shaping plans, coordinating campaigns end to end, and turning performance data into a prioritised test-and-learn roadmap. Project and stakeholder management sit at the heart of the role, keeping complex, cross-functional work aligned and moving across the UK, US and Australia.

Main Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Acquisition to drive strategic acquisition projects from idea to delivery across the UK, US and Australia.
- Own the planning and project-management layer across the acquisition programme - roadmaps, timelines, dependencies and delivery against them.
- Manage stakeholders across Product, Editorial, Brand, Analytics and external agencies, keeping complex cross-functional work aligned and moving.
- Plan and coordinate omni-channel acquisition campaigns, joining up paid media, CRO and lifecycle into coherent user journeys.
- Analyse performance and data to shape test-and-learn roadmaps and prioritise where we focus next.
Person Specification
- An omni-channel background with genuine breadth across paid, onsite and lifecycle.
- Strong project management - able to run multiple workstreams, hold timelines and drive delivery without being asked twice.
- Excellent stakeholder management, comfortable influencing senior and cross-functional partners.
- Analytically strong - turns performance data into clear, prioritised action.
- Exceptionally proactive - a self-starter, keen to develop and take on scope.
- An effortless communicator and presenter, whether to the wider team or leadership.
- Experienced at managing external agencies.
