Senior Acquisition Marketing Officer

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Acquisition Marketing Officer for a distinguished charity client, responsible for leading an impactful, multi-channel legacy acquisition campaign. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape supporter engagement across TV, digital, radio, print, and other channels, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. The successful candidate will work closely with external agencies and internal teams to optimise campaign performance, leveraging data insights to drive continuous improvement and enhance supporter experience.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience managing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, including TV, digital, and offline media
  • Experience with DRTV campaigns is essential
  • Strong project and campaign management abilities
  • Familiarity with fundraising and supporter acquisition principles
  • Experience coordinating with external agencies and suppliers
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to produce detailed campaign reports and recommendations
  • Positive and proactive approach to work

What's on offer

  • Full-time, 35 hours per week, hybrid working with a minimum of one day in Central London
  • Ability to start ASAP ideally
  • £41,500 salary for a 12-month contract
