Senior Activities Instructor
Plan and facilitate engaging activities for seniors, promoting socialization and mental stimulation. Conduct group exercises, arts and crafts, music, and other interactive sessions. Adapt activities to accommodate varying abilities and interests. Create a positive and inclusive environment that fosters social engagement and well-being.

About The Role
Plan and facilitate engaging activities for seniors, promoting socialization and mental stimulation. Conduct group exercises, arts and crafts, music, and other interactive sessions. Adapt activities to accommodate varying abilities and interests. Create a positive and inclusive environment that fosters social engagement and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging and stimulating activities for seniors.
- Plan and facilitate recreational, social, and educational programs.
- Conduct group exercises, arts and crafts, music, and other interactive sessions.
- Modify activities to accommodate varying abilities and interests.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes socialization and mental well-being.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure the safety and enjoyment of participants.

- Experience in planning and leading activities for seniors.
- Creativity and a passion for promoting social engagement and mental stimulation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience and understanding in working with seniors with diverse needs.
- Ability to adapt activities to suit individual abilities and preferences.
