Senior Reserving Actuary London | Hybrid (3 days in the office) | Permanent Up to £120,000 + 25% Bonus + Excellent Benefits
I'm partnering with a leading global insurer to recruit a Senior Reserving Actuary into its Global Reserving team.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly respected actuarial function responsible for one of the market's largest global reinsurance portfolios, managing approximately $3bn of reserves. Working as part of an international team spanning London and the US, you'll play a key role in reserving, regulatory reporting and the continued transformation of the global reserving function.
The Role
You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality reserving analysis while helping drive innovation and process improvement across the team.

Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver quarterly reserve reviews and actuarial analysis.
- Prepare, validate and analyse reserving data.
- Manage actuarial data within the MRD reporting environment.
- Support annual regulatory reporting.
- Contribute to global reserving and transformation projects.
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
- Lead workstreams and project initiatives, depending on experience.
About You
I'm keen to speak with qualified or nearly qualified actuaries with strong experience within General Insurance Reserving.
Essential experience:
- General Insurance or London Market reserving.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience using ResQ.
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a global team.
