Tripledot Studios is one of the largest independent mobile games companies in the world. We are a multi-award-winning organisation, with a global 2,500+ strong team across 12 studios. Our expanded portfolio includes some of the biggest titles in mobile gaming, collectively reaching top chart positions around the world and engaging over 25 million daily active users.

Our ambition is to be the most successful games company in the world, and we’re just getting started.

The role is working within our studio: Lion Studios

Lion Studios is a mobile games publisher that works with mobile developers to get their games discovered by players around the world. Headquartered in San Francisco, Lion Studios’ creative and strategy teams utilize their expertise to help game developers break through the noise and grow their businesses.

Since launching in 2018, Lion Studios has driven 90% of its games to the Top 10 in the App Store and Google Play and helped drive 16 games to #1 in the US App Store’s Top Free chart.

Role Overview

As our Ad Monetisation Analyst, you’ll take ownership of the ad monetisation strategy for a diverse portfolio of games, guiding them from their initial prototype phase all the way to a full launch. Your responsibilities will include building and optimizing ad waterfalls, managing all ad monetisation setups, and conducting A/B tests to continuously improve performance. You will be expected to consistently generate and test new ideas for monetisation innovations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
