Job Description

Responsibilities

Communication

  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with planning and buying teams to ensure accurate campaign setup with good SLA management and resolve technical issues impacting campaign performance.
  • Coordinate offshore Ad Ops team to ensure requests are actioned and all necessary components for campaign launch are in place.
  • Provide tracking best practice recommendations to planning and client teams for both ongoing and prospective campaigns.
  • Interpret complex campaign briefs and communicate recommendations back to planning and Ad Ops teams to optimise campaign traffic and maximise learnings.
  • Maintain professionalism and clear communication in all interactions with media owners, clients, and internal teams.
  • Be proactive, helpful, positive, and organised in all aspects of your role.

Teamwork

  • Contribute positively to team morale and promote a collaborative environment.
  • Build strong relationships with specialist teams and client hubs, based on mutual respect for each other’s roles.
  • Encourage the sharing of good work among teammates and across the department.
  • Demonstrate a positive, forward-thinking attitude toward internal and external workloads and team engagements.

Work Quality

Client Management

  • Develop a deep understanding of specific clients and OMD's planning and buying requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with planners and clients, leveraging your expertise to add value.
  • Attend client status meetings when required.
  • Take responsibility for staying on top of all client team expectations, clearly communicating project status updates.
  • Where possible, foster relationships with other agencies involved in client projects.

Leadership

  • Assisting junior team members, imparting knowledge and being a supportive resource (while managing any issues upwards).
  • Proactively manage upwards by keeping your line manager updated on issues and seeking help as needed.

Key Skills And Expertise

  • Strong understanding of ad server technology and other marketing platforms (GTM, DV360, SA360, DV, IAS).
  • Accurate and timely trafficking and reporting, ensuring campaigns align with media plans and provide insightful, actionable data.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests using project management tools while adhering to trafficking and reporting SLA’s.
  • Solid grasp of client account setup in ad servers including associations, advertiser structures, lookback windows, post-view/click conversions, attribution and tag management.
  • Solid understanding of agency conversion tracking tools, processes and tag management operations across clients.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot errors impacting campaign delivery and optimisation.
  • Complete grasp of finance booking and reconciliation process for the Ad Ops team, ensuring best practices are being adhered to.
  • Capable of creating and managing comprehensive "how-to" documents for trafficking, site tagging, and troubleshooting.
  • Keeping the team informed by sharing industry news and updates, with a strong interest in technological developments.
