Senior Ad Operations Solutions Specialist
Location: London – Hybrid 3 Days.
Start: ASAP
Contract: 6 months
Rate: £350 - £400 per day.
A leading global entertainment company is looking for a Senior Ad Operations Solutions Specialist to join its fast-paced advertising team on a 6-month contract.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced Ad Ops and programmatic professional who enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes, and working with technology. The successful candidate will help deliver campaigns at scale, troubleshoot delivery issues, and support the rollout of new advertising products and features.
The Role
- Execute and optimise campaigns using automated workflows
- Troubleshoot campaign setup, delivery, and quality issues
- Act as a technical escalation point for complex Ad Ops issues
- Manage and QA external vendor campaign activity
- Test new products, tools, and advertising formats
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve workflows
- Analyse quality and efficiency data to drive improvements
- Maintain operational and training documentation
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Policy, and Account teams

About You
- 4+ years' experience in Ad Tech, Programmatic, and/or Ad Operations
- Strong knowledge of ad trafficking and campaign workflows
- Experience with ad servers, CRM, OMS, and QA/reporting tools
- Proven experience managing or supporting external vendors
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident working across multiple teams and in fast-changing environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
