Senior Ad Operations Solutions Specialist – EMEA
Location: London – hybrid, three days per week onsite
Contract: Six months
Rate: £400 per day PAYE
Hours: Full-time
Start date: ASAP
We are recruiting a Senior Ad Operations Solutions Specialist to support advertising operations across EMEA for a leading global streaming and entertainment platform.
Sitting within the Ad Operations Solutions team, this position will work closely with Account Management, Sales, Product, Engineering and outsourced vendor teams. You will help troubleshoot campaign issues, remove technical blockers and ensure advertising campaigns are launched and delivered successfully.
Despite the Senior title, this is a hands-on individual contributor role rather than a people-management or purely strategic position. You will be directly involved in campaign trafficking, ad-server troubleshooting, technical escalations, quality assurance and product testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and support advertising campaigns across EMEA.
- Troubleshoot campaign setup, trafficking, creative, pacing, delivery and spend issues.
- Investigate technical problems within ad-serving platforms and identify effective solutions.
- Act as an escalation point for complex campaign delivery and operational issues.
- Work closely with outsourced vendor teams, providing guidance and quality assurance.
- Identify recurring errors, process gaps and systemic vendor issues.
- Test new advertising products, tools, features and commercial formats.
- Participate in UAT and provide actionable feedback to Product and Engineering.
- Report bugs and validate platform behaviour ahead of product launches.
- Support improvements to operational workflows, automation and campaign quality.
- Maintain training materials, process documentation and troubleshooting guidance.
- Communicate technical issues clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
