Req ID: 10161819
About the Role & Team
This role sits within the London-based Disney Advertising Sales team and is focused on driving revenue growth across Disney+, ESPN and the wider Disney Media portfolio.
The Senior Ad Sales Executive will grow advertising investment from agencies, advertisers and Disney partners by combining strong commercial skills with a deep understanding of TV, digital, CTV and premium video.
The role will manage and develop key agency and client-direct relationships, identify new business opportunities and create compelling solutions using Disney's premium content, audiences, data, insights and advertising capabilities.
The role requires strong collaboration across Sales, Trading, Client Services, Revenue & Yield, Insights, Brand Partnerships, B2B Marketing and wider Disney teams, with high personal accountability for pipeline, forecasting and commercial delivery.
The role will help advertisers navigate a more programmatic and outcomes-led CTV market, connecting audience targeting, measurement, attention, attribution and business outcomes to the Disney+ proposition.
This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.
You'll join a team grounded in our Disney values: acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration, and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.
What You Will Do

- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasting and take accountability for agreed revenue targets and KPIs.
- Create persuasive client stories and responses to briefs using Disney audience insight, data, content, IP and measurement capabilities.
- Work with Trading and key agency partners to support delivery of commercial agreements and identify opportunities to grow share of investment.
- Collaborate with Client Services, Revenue & Yield, Insights, Brand Partnerships and B2B Marketing to deliver effective campaigns, strong client service and repeat business.
- Work across Disney lines of business to identify relevant advertiser opportunities around product launches, franchises, content releases and cultural moments.
- Stay close to market trends across TV, CTV, digital video and social and translate these into actionable opportunities for advertisers and the Sales team.
- Grow programmatic revenue by confidently selling and supporting PMP/PG and other addressable buying routes, working with agency programmatic teams, DSP partners and internal Ad Tech stakeholders.
- Use account planning and stakeholder mapping to identify priority relationships, relationship gaps and clear actions for growth across assigned agencies and advertisers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
