About This Role

Role: Senior Admin Officer

Contract: Full time, permanent - This is a full-time role of 37 hours per week working over 41 weeks

Salary: WFNJC N £32,164.11 to £36,571.10

Reporting to: Field Admin Manager

Start Date: 1st September 2026

The White Horse Federation is a multi-academy trust of primary schools, secondary schools, and special schools. Founded in 2012 our federation is now among the largest multi-academy trusts in South West England. We are looking for a positive and approachable Senior Admin Officer who can give support and collaborate with the Admin staff across our schools to ensure that the practice being led is in accordance with our Trust policies and procedures. You will be traveling to our school locations and you will be expected to use your own vehicle to travel for this role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who has experience in Administration but is looking to gain more experience and responsibilities in a challenging but very rewarding environment. Our friendly Admin Team will give you all the tools and training to help you succeed, but you will already have experience in and enjoy giving a first-class customer service experience to stakeholders and colleagues.

All About You

Do you have what it takes to join us? The Administrator we would like to join us will have:

  • GCSEs (Grade C and above) or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • Evidence of further CPD
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Experience working in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
