Senior Administration Officer

Temporary (12 months) Part-Time (Parental Leave Cover)

24 hours per week – flexible working arrangements available (5–6 hour days preferred)

We are seeking a proactive and professional Senior Administrative Officer to provide high-level support to the Operations Manager across General Medicine and Palliative Care Services at Calvary Mater Newcastle.


ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will see you working closely with the Operations Manager, supporting the smooth coordination of daily operations. You will manage diaries and correspondence, prepare reports, coordinate meetings, handle sensitive matters with discretion, and provide essential administrative support to a busy clinical service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and motivated administration professional looking for a role that offers:

  • Flexible working hours – 24 hours per week across 4 days (5–6 hour days preferred)
