Are you an organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy leading teams, improving processes, and making a real difference behind the scenes?
We're looking for a Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our School Aged Immunisation Service on a part-time basis (22.5 hours per week). This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering an essential public health programme that protects children and young people across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
You'll lead and support a dedicated administrative team, ensuring clinics run efficiently, data is accurate, and services are well coordinated. Working closely with clinical colleagues and partner organisations, you'll help shape and improve the service through effective planning, performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
This is a varied role, from coordinating clinic schedules and managing staff to analysing performance data and driving service improvements, you'll be at the heart of a service that has a lasting impact on the health and wellbeing of local communities.
If you're a confident leader with excellent organisational skills, a passion for delivering high-quality services, and a commitment to making a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
