Join our Team as a Senior Administrator at Aspire Defence Services Limited (ADSL)

Salary: Up to £28,500 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends
Location: Aldershot

Your Role:

  • Providing effective administrative support to the department and Aspire Defence Services Limited management, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within contractual timescales.
  • Managing the implementation of the new Telematics through to fruition, including Telematics billing, engineer visit costs, throughout the contract terms.
  • Maintaining and updating databases, records, registers and documentation, producing correspondence in line with company and Defence writing standards.
  • Supporting financial and fleet administration activities, including expenditure monitoring, recharge reviews, utilisation reporting, tax return collation and dashboard maintenance.
  • Collating, monitoring and reporting data for units, brigades and the Chain of Command, while escalating service-impact issues where required.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, supporting telematics implementation projects and maintaining compliance with health, safety, environmental and security requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Five GCSEs or equivalent qualifications and proficiency to advanced experience using Microsoft Office packages.
  • Experience: Significant experience in an administrative role, experience managing expenditure, cross-charges and re-charges, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong literacy and information technology skills, the ability to prioritise workloads, work proactively, use initiative and maintain a professional approach.
