Are you a highly organised administrative professional ready to be the organisational heartbeat of major infrastructure projects?

We are currently partnering with a leading international infrastructure group who are leading the transformation of our industry to meet the challenges of the future to find a meticulous Senior Administrator. This contract offers a fantastic opportunity to blend digital system management with hands-on site support. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love being the go-to administrative hub for project engineering teams, this could be your perfect next step.

The Details

Location: Lochgilphead, PA31

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week. The schedule is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch.

Contract Duration: ASAP start until 24/12/2026. There is an opportunity to extend or convert to a permanent role for the right candidate.

Rate and Status: GBP15.50 - GBP18.00 per hour PAYE

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Common Data Environment ensuring all project information is available and up to date.
  • Maintain an Operational Master Document Register.
  • Ensure information is current as actions occur and execute workflow processes for all documents requiring deliverable status.
  • Assist with setting up projects in BIM 360 NextGen, establishing folders, user rights, and workflows.
  • Handle both digital platforms and physical paper files.
  • Print construction drawings for issue to the site where required and manage filing.
  • Assure the delivery of information exchanges, validate compliance with information requirements, and advise on non-compliance.

What You Need to Succeed

  • An advanced administrative background.
  • You must be highly organised and detail-orientated.
  • A valid driving license and a willingness to drive to other offices.
  • Experience working with document control or document management.
  • Confidence in using digital systems, as extra resource is needed for Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
