We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Administrator to join our Development & Asset Management Business Support Team.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a varied role. You'll provide essential support across the team, including diary and meeting management, minute taking, organising CPD and training, processing invoices, supporting recruitment, and much more.
You'll be the calm, trusted organiser who keeps everything running smoothly, ensuring colleagues have what they need to deliver their best work. If you enjoy bringing order to busy days, building great relationships, and making a real difference behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
- Provide trusted business support across our Development & Asset Management teams.
- Keep things running smoothly through diary management, meetings, training coordination, recruitment support, and administration.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and deliver excellent customer service.
- Support a wide range of activities, from building new homes and asset management to business improvement projects.
- Bring organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to a busy and varied role.

You have
- Experience leading or supervising an administration team or similar role.
- Strong customer service skills and communicate clearly with different audiences.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with care.
- A proactive approach and enjoy improving systems and ways of working.

Practical bits
- You’ll work Monday to Friday. This is a hybrid role, with a combination of home and office-based working.
- We work between the hours of 9am to 5pm.
