Senior Administrator
Location: Cambridge (Hybrid)
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Administrator to provide high-quality support to a team of senior professionals within a leading professional services environment. This is a varied role suited to an organised and confident individual who enjoys managing multiple priorities, building strong relationships and taking ownership of their workload.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support, including complex diary management, meeting arrangements, travel and accommodation bookings.
- Coordinate meetings and events, prepare agendas and papers, take minutes where required and manage follow-up actions.
- Support with client and business development activities, including events, networking, newsletters and updating client information.
- Assist with finance and billing processes, including invoices, expense claims, purchase orders and financial reporting.
- Manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met and work is completed accurately.

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a senior administrative support role
- Highly organised and methodical, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident in building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, resilient and willing to take on new responsibilities and challenges.
