Salary: £29,000+ depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, full-time
The Role
Clothing for Events is looking for an experienced, organised and customer-focused Senior Administrator to join our team. You will help manage customer orders from enquiry through to delivery, working closely with customers, suppliers and colleagues to ensure every order is accurate, on time and handled with care.
Key Responsibilities
- Process quotations, sales orders and purchase orders.
- Manage customer orders from quotation through to dispatch.
- Check product, sizing, pricing and branding details.
- Coordinate embroidery, printing and personalisation.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, couriers and production teams.
- Monitor stock, deadlines and deliveries.
- Resolve delays, shortages, returns and order queries.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records.
- Support colleagues and help improve internal processes.

Essential Experience
Ideally, we’re looking for someone with:
- Previous experience using an ERP, order-processing or order-management system, such as Deco, Merlin, Prima, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Sage, Oracle or similar.
- Experience managing customer orders from quotation through to dispatch.
- A high level of accuracy when entering and processing data.
- The confidence and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to manage several priorities in a busy environment.

Experience in workwear, clothing, uniforms, PPE or garment branding would be a bonus.
