Senior Administrator
A Newcastle-based company is looking for an experienced Senior Administrator to join its Order Operations team. You'll keep customer and partner transactions running smoothly, while also supporting colleagues and helping the team improve how it works. The role is office-based 3 days per week.
What you'll be doing:
- Working with Account Managers and Business Partners to process orders, invoices and licence provisioning accurately and on time
- Managing customer and partner queries through shared inboxes, and taking ownership of the trickier or escalated cases
- Checking quotes, invoices and sales orders for accuracy before they're processed
- Keeping records up to date in Salesforce and supporting the wider sales team with data fixes and admin
- Coaching and guiding colleagues, creating training materials and process guides, and stepping in as cover for the Team Leader when needed
- Spotting recurring issues and helping to improve processes, including testing system or process changes
- Representing the team in cross-functional meetings and building strong relationships across Sales, Customer Success and Finance

- Strong attention to detail
