Senior Administrator
Location: London
Hours: Full time, hybrid working
Salary: Up to £40,000 + bonus
Working as part of the team at a Senior Partner Practice Representative of St. James’s Place Plc.
Are you organised, proactive and confident in providing high-quality support in a busy professional environment?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected St. James’s Place Senior Partner Practice, providing bespoke financial advice and services to a broad range of private clients, individuals, families and businesses.
You’ll become an important part of a friendly, collaborative team where everyone works together to deliver an exceptional level of service. This is a varied role in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
The Role: Senior Administrator
- You will be providing technical and administrative support and assistance to maintain an excellent level of customer service to clients of the Practice
- You will be responsible for business submission using bespoke software
- You will need to ensure that business is processed accurately and within agreed timescales
- You will work closely with the Partner to manage the Client annual review process
- You will be expected to have previous experience and relevant knowledge to undertake this role, but training can be given in some areas

The Person: Senior Administrator
- This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate, and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a ‘can do’ working style.
- You will have relevant experience in an SJP Partner Practice
- You have excellent IT and communication skills, are highly organised and can make decisions
- You have used the CRM Salesforce and are conversant with SJP systems and processes
- You are a self-starter and able to work with little or no supervision
- It is essential that as a Senior Administrator you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion.
- Any relevant qualifications or progress towards the Level 4 Diploma would be an advantage but is not essential.
