Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Administrator to join our busy Team in Manchester / Chester. This role will involve providing senior administrative support to the project Team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to senior team members, the wider team and collaborating with other departments
  • Liaising with stakeholders, ensuring positive working relationships are maintained and resolving complaints and enquiries
  • Monitoring active projects and developing measurable performance indicators
  • Managing inbox/diary management and organising meetings, travel and supporting events
  • Creating documents including reports, spreadsheets and presentations as required
  • Being the first point of contact for guests and visitors
  • Generation of meeting minutes
  • PA function to core SLT team
  • Coordinating cross party meetings with client admin team
  • Coordination with sector PAs for leadership diaries
  • Meetings facilitation
  • Support with On and Offboarding of team members

Qualifications

Essential

  • English and Maths GCSE Level 5 or equivalent
