Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Administrator to join our busy Team in Manchester / Chester. This role will involve providing senior administrative support to the project Team.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to senior team members, the wider team and collaborating with other departments
- Liaising with stakeholders, ensuring positive working relationships are maintained and resolving complaints and enquiries
- Monitoring active projects and developing measurable performance indicators
- Managing inbox/diary management and organising meetings, travel and supporting events
- Creating documents including reports, spreadsheets and presentations as required
- Being the first point of contact for guests and visitors
- Generation of meeting minutes
- PA function to core SLT team
- Coordinating cross party meetings with client admin team
- Coordination with sector PAs for leadership diaries
- Meetings facilitation
- Support with On and Offboarding of team members
Essential Knowledge, Skill, Behaviours and Experience
- At least 2 years administration experience
- Microsoft Office

Essential
- English and Maths GCSE Level 5 or equivalent
