Senior Administrator - Oakland House Nursing Home
📍 Location: Oakland House
🕒 Hours: Full-time - 40 hours per week | Monday – Friday - 8am-4pm
💵 Salary - £27,000 per annum

Oaklands House is a well-established, 38-bed nursing care home supporting adults aged 18–65+ with a wide range of needs, including:

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Administrator to join our team. This is a key role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the home while working closely with staff, residents, and external stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
🔹 Have strong administration experience (care home experience desirable)
🔹 Are confident using Microsoft Office, email & phone systems
🔹 Have excellent data entry accuracy & attention to detail
🔹 Have experience with Sage or similar accounting software
🔹 Possess bookkeeping knowledge (preferred)
🔹 Can manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
🔹 Build positive relationships and communicate effectively
🔹 Take a proactive approach to supporting the wider team
