Join an award-winning Wealth Management Practice
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Administrator to join our friendly and highly successful wealth management practice based in Solihull.
We are proud to work with Söderberg & Partners, one of Europe’s leading wealth management groups, combining exceptional personal service with innovative technology to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
A genuine part-time role – and a permanent one
We want to be clear about this from the outset, because it matters to us and it should matter to you.
This is a permanent part-time position. We invest properly in training our people on our systems, our providers and our processes, and we are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career with us on reduced hours – not someone who is looking for full-time work and would move on at the first opportunity.
If you actively want part-time hours – whether that is around family, caring responsibilities, study or simply the way you want to work – we would very much like to hear from you. We are happy to shape the hours and days around what works for you.
The Role
Working as part of our close-knit team, you will play a key role in supporting our advisers and paraplanners, ensuring that client work is processed accurately and efficiently throughout the advice journey. You will receive full training on our systems and processes and will become an important part of the day-to-day running of the practice.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
