Senior Administrator / Executive Support – 12 month FTC Maternity Cover

Part time - Monday - Thursday

Salary: £31,429 FTE / £25,143.20 per annum pro rata

Maternity Cover - Immediate Start Required Start date: ASAP – handover required before 22nd October

We are recruiting for an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrator / Executive Support professional to provide maternity cover within a busy and professional organisation.

This role would suit someone with strong administration experience who has previously supported senior stakeholders or a senior leadership team. You do not necessarily need to have held a PA or EA job title – we are open to experienced Administrators, Senior Administrators, Team Assistants or Executive Support professionals who are confident managing diaries, taking formal minutes and working with senior-level colleagues.

Due to the maternity cover handover, you must be available to start immediately or at very short notice, with the current postholder leaving on 22nd October.

The role

Working closely with senior leadership, you will provide proactive and confidential administrative support, helping to ensure meetings, diaries, communications and key priorities are effectively managed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
