Job Description
Purpose of role
Working closely with your Manager, you'll oversee a varied portfolio of private equity fund structures, delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base. This is an exciting opportunity to build your technical expertise, develop strong client relationships and gain exposure to a range of regulated and unregulated investment structures. As part of a collaborative team, you'll play a key role in supporting client success while contributing to the growth of our Funds business.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of private equity fund structures, delivering exceptional service to a high-quality client base.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, becoming a trusted point of contact and helping to deliver tailored solutions.
- Develop specialist expertise in fund administration, regulatory requirements and private equity structures within a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Partner with colleagues across the business to manage risk, ensure compliance and deliver outstanding client outcomes.
- Support the growth and success of the team through knowledge sharing, mentoring and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Qualifications Required
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Relevant professional qualification (or working towards one), such as ACCA, ICSA, CIB or STEP, with experience in fund, corporate or fiduciary administration.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management, compliance and client administration within a financial services environment.
- Excellent organisational, communication and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail, commercial awareness and the confidence to support, mentor and share knowledge with colleagues.
