Job Description
Purpose of the Job
Working closely with your Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day administration of a diverse portfolio of fund structures and investment vehicles. You will build your expertise in fund administration and regulated entities while delivering a high standard of client service, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to the smooth operation of the portfolio and wider team.

Main Responsibilities
In this role:
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues and key stakeholders, becoming a trusted point of contact and delivering a high standard of client service.
- You will provide practical, commercially minded solutions to client queries, balancing technical accuracy with an understanding of client needs and business objectives.
- You will ensure robust compliance with KYC, AML and internal procedures, maintaining a thorough understanding of client activities and safeguarding Ocorian's regulatory obligations.
- You will proactively monitor risk across your client portfolio, ensuring review procedures are followed, identifying potential issues early and escalating matters appropriately when required.
- You will continue to develop your knowledge of local regulatory requirements and industry best practices, applying this expertise to support clients and the wider team.
- You will support and mentor junior colleagues by sharing knowledge, providing guidance and contributing to a collaborative culture focused on continuous learning and development.
- You will take accountability for the overall delivery of your portfolio, including billing, debt collection, project work and additional responsibilities that contribute to the success of the team and our clients.
Qualifications Required
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Relevant professional qualification or part qualification (ACCA, CGI/ICSA, CIB or STEP).
- Experience at Senior Administrator level within financial services or the offshore industry.
- Strong knowledge of fund administration, corporate governance, compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience preparing accurate board and committee minutes.
- Excellent client relationship, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Good understanding of risk management, compliance and financial management principles.
- Strong technical and systems knowledge, with the ability to support and mentor junior team members.
