Senior Administrator – Financial Services | London | £240–£260 per day
Location: London – 3 days onsite per week
Rate: £240–£260 per day (Inside IR35)
Duration: 3 months initially, with a strong likelihood of extension
This is a senior-facing role where you’ll be supporting a busy leadership function and working with stakeholders at a very senior level. We’re looking for someone who is confident, polished, and able to operate with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.

The Ideal Background:
- Minimum of 5 years solid experience in Senior Administration, Business Support, or Executive Support
- Previous Financial Services experience is essential
- Concur experience is essential
- Someone who can provide EA-level support when required, covering additional responsibilities when needed
- Comfortable and confident dealing with very senior stakeholders
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage competing priorities and work independently
- Very strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and professional written English
