Senior Administrator – Prestigious Financial Brokerage
£32,000-£36,000 basic plus bonus and benefits
Preston, Lancashire
James George Recruitment has partnered with a highly successful Commercial Finance Brokerage, which also has an affiliation to a leading International Accountancy Firm. Following a period of sustained growth, they have created a new position for a Senior Partner to support the Partner based in the North West and assist the wider team with administrative tasks.
This is a Hybrid role where you will be predominantly based at their office in the Preston area.
Responsibilities:
- Efficient management of deals being placed into the market for funding solutions as well as accounting administration work and managing calendars etc.
- Logging all new introductions onto the CRM database
- Updating the CRM database to ensure the appropriate deal status is applied to each Prospect
- Ensuring Key CRM tasks dates are observed and that the system is updated in a timely manner
- Producing management reports at agreed intervals from the CRM database
- Placing deals to Funders via direct portal access or other agreed method
- Acting as the primary point of reference for all parties in respect of placed deals
- Maintaining the Deal Flow Board
- Taking on Invoicing and accounts package management
- Keeping up to date BDM spreadsheets
- Experian searches
- PA responsibilities for the Partner including managing diary and making travel arrangements etc.

To be successful in this role, you should be well-organised, have great time management skills and be able to act autonomously when required. Some financial services and/or bookkeeping experience would be an advantage.
