As a Senior Ad Operations Demand Management Specialist, you won’t just be managing campaigns; you’ll be a pivotal force in launching and scaling our advertising presence across dynamic, high-growth markets. This role offers a unique opportunity to navigate and excel in diverse European markets, requiring not only technical prowess in programmatic advertising and DSPs but also exceptional cultural agility. You will build trust and drive results across varying business cultures, ensuring our advertising campaigns not only meet but exceed client objectives while fostering operational efficiency and excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Own the day-to-day operational management of ad campaigns in assigned markets, overseeing campaign readiness and launch, while monitoring, pacing, and identifying optimization opportunities for programmatic campaigns, with a focus on Private Marketplaces (PMPs).
- Collaborate seamlessly with Account Managers, Sales, Ad Operations, and external vendor partners to ensure campaigns are activated accurately, deliver on objectives, and provide a best-in-class client experience.
- Monitor key delivery metrics and campaign health, proactively identifying risks and escalating to relevant internal teams for troubleshooting and resolution.
- Analyze campaign data at a market level and provide actionable insights to local sales teams to support revenue growth and operational improvements.
- Gather and relay feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to help identify and implement workflow or process enhancements.
- Support the maintenance and updating of operational documentation, best practices, and training materials.
- Participate in the adoption and rollout of new tools, automation, and best practices, providing feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure timely and accurate campaign deliverables by monitoring task queues and supporting load balancing with relevant internal teams.
- Stay informed on industry trends, internal process updates, and emerging technologies to keep operations at the forefront of the market.

What You’ll Bring
- Solid experience in Ad Tech, Ad Operations, or demand management, supporting Account Management, Sales, Ads Policy/Quality, or Product/Engineering teams.
- Experience working in or supporting expansion markets (e.g., Nordics, Switzerland, Poland, Netherlands, Ireland).
- Strong expertise in campaign lifecycle management, including trafficking, execution, quality control, monitoring, pacing, and troubleshooting.
- Deep proficiency in programmatic advertising, with strong knowledge of how Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) work.
- Proficiency with advertising systems and tools such as CRM, OMS, ad servers, task management, and reporting platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors, including managing vendor tasks for campaign setup, QC, and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable business insights.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a changing, high-volume environment.
- Effective communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to convey complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences across diverse cultural contexts.
- Able to navigate evolving priorities and make sound decisions with incomplete information.
